On September 16, 2010, The Courier published this photo citing, falsely, that it was taken in 1964. My independent research dates the photo August 1959. My two pieces of evidence: Fitzgibbons Pharmacy was only in operation for one year [1959] AND, per, the Findlay Repblican Courier, the first mention of “Anatomy of a Murder” at STATE Theater was August 11, 1959 (page 17).
What difference does it make? Not much, other than in the photo, then, is The Ohio Oil Company [1921-1962] and NOT Marathon Oil Company [Since 1962]… carry on…
